Welcome

Sky Mountain is a planned view community located in Bellevue, Washington just south of Interstate 90 between Exits 11 and 13. The community was built in the 1980’s. There are 174 homes in the Sky Mountain Homeowners’ Association. All homes are single family dwellings, two or more bathrooms, and two or three car garages. The homes have a comfortable, natural feel and have both back and front yards.
