This is a reminder of the upcoming Sky Mountain Homeowners’ Association annual meeting.

Virtual Meeting
This year’s annual meeting will be held by way of Zoom. Sign-on instructions were emailed to each homeowner. If you have not received the instructions, please contact secretary@skymtn.net.
If you are unable to attend, please send the attached proxy to the Board Secretary by email or by dropping it off at a drop box located 4714 172nd Ct SE. Instructions are included within the proxy. Please do not mail it since it will not arrive in time for meeting. We need 1/3 of our homeowners to be represented at the meeting by logging onto our virtual meeting or by their proxy to have a quorum. We will ask for your vote of approval for the following during the meeting.
- Approval of the minutes from our 2019 annual meeting
- Approval of the 2021 budget
- Election of Directors
Other topics for discussion include:
- 2019 financials
- Fine Policy, with the association’s attorney, Stephan Fjelstad
- Landscaping projects
- Kiosk repairs
- ACC issues in neighborhood
Please contact any Board Member if you have any suggestions for discussion or have any questions.
We are always in need of more volunteers to serve on the board. Please let us know if you would like to serve the community by becoming a director.
