Sky Mountain Homeowners’ Association Annual Meeting

April 7, 2016   –   7:00 PM

If you are unable to attend, please give the proxy to one of your neighbors or send it to the Board Secretary. 

Topics for discussion this year include a review of the 2015 financial statement, approval of the 2016 budget, the final reporting of the of the Sky Mountain monument project, landscaping projects, kiosk refurbishment, the proposed work for the median strip on SE 47^th Street and the status on the development’s vacant lot 30.

You are invited to bring up topics for discussion.

In addition to the above, members will be asked to approve new Sky Mountain Board Members.  There is a need for additional Board Members and we ask that you consider volunteering to serve on the Board.  We have a least one person coming off the Board, so we have a greater need for new Board members.

We will soon be sending out the dues statement for the 2016 year.  The dues for this year is $190, which is an increase of $40 over the prior year.  The Board was authorized to assess $56 last year for costs related to the monument.  This assessment was not made as the costs for the monument were covered by funds on hand.  The 2016 dues and proposed budget should allow us the finish the calendar year with appropriate reserves.

Spring Newsletter – 2012

A newsletter for Spring 2012 was emailed out today. The newsletter includes important information about Pruning Debris Pick-Up Day on May 7, our Annual Meeting on May 23 and other helpful information. If you did not receive the newsletter but would like to please email HOA President Dee Dee Brochu (contact information available on our Board of Directors page).

Neighborhood Directory – 2012

There is now a new directory available for homeowners in the Sky Mountain and Vuemont HOAs. These directories have been delivered to homes in the area. If you have any questions or did not receive yours, please contact Sandy Dueker at (425) 643-0751.
